Use of panning in photography
The general rule of photography is to keep your hands steady to capture a clear and sharp photograph. However, panning i.e. horizontal movement of camera along with a moving subject can produce some interesting results. In the photograph, car image is clear but the rest of picture is blurred giving a sense of fast motion.
